Perfect Experience at Pemberton Crescent

My family and I have bought multiple homes throughout the years, so we worked with many people, some obviously better than others. But I have to say - our experience with Emily and InTownHomes has been the best.

Moreover, the superintendent Ross continues to be extremely helpful and responds quickly whenever we need the house fixed. We truly appreciate the effort he put into making our residence in the community a happy one.

Overall, we highly recommend Emily and the Pemberton Crescent subdivision to anyone interested in living in a beautiful peaceful community within minutes from the Medical Center.

I was looking for the right house off and on for almost two years. When I saw Intown Homes I was very impressed, by the design, quality, location, and value. My father designed and built all of our houses as I was growing up, so I'm very knowledgeable when looking at construction. The attention to detail both in the smart design as well as the overall construction was very important to me. Being concerned with my impact the environment, the energy efficiency and product choices within the house really were important both in terms of lower energy usage and cost.

Working with a team I could trust to be honest, and do their very best, was something I sensed at the beginning and proved true throughout the whole process. Bruce took care to make sure my new home was built soundly and finished perfectly. Mike supplied not only detailed information about the complex, but was also a wealth of information on the surrounding area including entertainment venues and schedules and close places to eat. Both Bruce and Mike went above and beyond what I even expected, the whole process was smooth. I have been in my home over a month now, and they still are supportive and helpful.

My husband and I spent months attending open houses in the city, but we couldn't find a home with the features and quality of workmanship that we were looking for. A friend suggested InTown Homes, amd the rest is history! Brenna and Brandon greeted us with open arms and assisted us

Best Experience with a New Home Builder!

I would like to share a very positive experience I had with InTown and Brenna Rufener! No one worked harder than Brenna to close a very difficult transaction! We were on a strict deadline with our client's husband working overseas. The Power of Attorney deadline expired 3 weeks from the time of contract and could not be renewed. The loan was a VA loan with many complications. Brenna was really on top of this, communicating with all parties daily. Chances are, this would not have closed if Brenna had not been so diligent. She made the process easy and exciting for our client. She is a true asset to InTown, and a pleasure to work with. This was the best experience that I have ever had working with a homebuilder! I look forward to my next transaction with Brenna and with InTown Homes!

Hilshire Lake - Peaceful, relaxing environment

We enjoy our home with a beautiful, relaxing view of the natural lake with ducks and turtles. It is truly a joy to look forward to coming back to my home every day so I can enjoy the peaceful, scenic environment here.

We also enjoy the construction of our house and the attention to detail to things like the dual-layer crown molding, the double-pane windows, and the iron designer stair rails.

We feel like we made a great investment to live here!

Hilshire Lakes

Well...tomorrow is our 2 year anniversary in our InTown home at Hilshire Lakes. We have been very pleased with our decision to move here. The convenient location to jobs, grocery stores and entertainment has been a wonderful plus for this InTown location. We love our home! We have had no issues with warranty work, and, in fact, the few things we had to have taken care of were done quickly! Our home is very quiet and our utility bills are low. Our neighbors are wonderful--everyone is very friendly and welcoming. In fact, Hurricane Ike and 9 days without electricity brought us together as a community with lots of street bbquing and partying! A highlight to Hilshire Lakes is the great care that the InTown "reps" have for us. We love Gerri, she's always ready with a quick smile and conversation; and Jeff and his construction crew have been wonderful when any house questions have come up. Thanks to a great team!!

Garden Heights

When we walked into our home at Garden Heights, we knew right then that "this was it!" After a long search and many dissapointments for homes inside the loop, we finally came across the Garden Heights community and quickly fell in love.

We were first impressed by the outstanding features throughout the entire home including: a beatiful travertine entry way, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 8 foot doors, crown moulding and beautiful color choiceson all of the walls. We were also very excited about many of the energy efficient features including the mega air conditioner, tankless water heater and tech shield insultation. The gated community has a very small neighborhood feel, yet we are so close to everything in the city. We were also impressed when our outside inspector only found 3 things to report, all of which were immediately addressed by the QA department.

Mike and all of the people at In Town Homes were amazing. From start to finish, they truly made the whole process as seamless as possible. As first time home buyers, we never would have imagined that it could really be this easy! Thank you In Town for helping us find our home.
