I would like to share a very positive experience I had with InTown and Brenna Rufener!  No one worked harder than Brenna to close a very difficult transaction!  We were on a strict deadline with our client's husband working overseas. The Power of Attorney deadline expired 3 weeks from the time of contract and could not be renewed. The loan was a VA loan with many complications. Brenna was really on top of this, communicating with all parties daily. Chances are, this would not have closed if Brenna had not been so diligent. She made the process easy and exciting for our client. She is a true asset to InTown, and a pleasure to work with.
