When we walked into our home at Garden Heights, we knew right then that "this was it!"  After a long search and many dissapointments for homes inside the loop, we finally came across the Garden Heights community and quickly fell in love.

We were first impressed by the outstanding features throughout the entire home including: a beatiful travertine entry way, hardwood floors, granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, 8 foot doors, crown moulding and beautiful color choiceson all of the walls.  We were also very excited about many of the energy efficient features including the mega air conditioner, tankless water heater and tech shield insultation.  The gated community has a very small neighborhood feel, yet we are so close to everything in the city.  We were also impressed when our outside inspector only found 3 things to report, all of which were immediately addressed by the QA department.

Mike and all of the people at In Town Homes were amazing.  From start to finish, they truly made the whole process as seamless as possible. As first time home buyers, we never would have imagined that it could really be this easy!  Thank you In Town for helping us find our home.
